Comune di Corato Is a site-specific installation made in an old prison in the city of Corato that reconstructs the memory of a prisoner starting from his feelings. A mechanism that allows to rotate a LED light is installed above a grate. Thanks to the continuous propagation of smoke, the light becomes
visible and the shadows of the grate are projected everywhere around as if it were sunlight. This expedient allows to immerse yourself in an experience that relives the prisoner’s days as well as his feelings.
